My name is Albert, and I started Albert's Road Service LLC because I was tired of watching drivers and fleet managers get burned by the repair industry. I've been a diesel mechanic for years — working in shops, working on the road, and working on my own equipment. I've been the guy broken down on the shoulder at midnight, calling every number I can find, getting voicemail after voicemail. I've been the fleet manager watching a truck sit in a shop parking lot for three days waiting for a repair that should take three hours.
That experience drove me to build something better. Not a shop with four walls, a waiting room, and a 2-day backlog. A mobile service that comes to you — wherever you are, whenever you need it.
I based the business in West Palm Beach because this is where I live and this is where the trucks are. Palm Beach County has the Port of Palm Beach, massive agricultural operations to the west, a construction industry that never sleeps, and I-95 running through the heart of it all. Trucks break down here every day, and most of those breakdowns don't need a tow truck and a shop bay — they need a skilled mechanic with the right tools and parts on a service truck.
